Ananias House

Middle East + North Africa

Ananias House seeks to preserve the rich Christian heritage of Biblical times, and in the face of darkness and despair, proclaim the light and hope of Jesus Christ to believers and peoples of other faiths alike. This is done through meeting practical and tangible needs, knowing that it is often in the darkest times that the power of God is most evident.

Ananias House believes that the lack of resources should never limit a community from knowing Christ.  We equip communities in the Middle East and North Africa with the training and resources to enable the Church to be the place for restoration, healing, and hope.

We do this through Strategic Leader Training and Gospel-Centered Resourcing. Our strategic leader training focuses on training local Pastors and lay leaders in Biblical doctrine and leadership skills, so they may equip others to teach, enabling the local church to fulfill it’s mission.  Through local partnerships, we strengthen the health and independence of the church by providing critical resources to further the gospel message throughout the region.

Way To Serve

Ananias House does GBC Marriage Counseling Training in several countries including Turkey. In the past, several couples from GBC organized and facilitated seminars for the training. The time they invested in these leaders was an immense blessing and has proved fruitful. As the leaders have moved on, they are seeking other couples that may be interested in building up and encouraging marriages of church pastors and leaders in the MENA region.

Ananias House is also translating the GBC Genesis Study. Once ready, they will launch a GBC team of facilitators to help implement it. Training and equipping pastors and leaders remains the main focus of this ministry. They are so grateful for the support and resources from GBC to help achieve their mission of strengthening the local churches. They are seeking male leaders who have a passion for the Word a desire to teach and a willingness to travel to the Middle East. These trainers would facilitate the bible studies and disciple the local pastors and leaders.
