After finding Jesus while attending the University of Texas at Austin, Bobby devoted his time to the collegiate discipleship program at First Evangelical Free Church. Here, he learned how to produce disciple-makers. After graduating from UT, Bobby brought his passion for disciple-making to various ministries like Young Life, a young-married ministry, and his previous church, where Bobby served as director of Discipleship & Soul Care. He later graduated from Southern Seminary. Bobby joined GBC in 2021. He married his wife Kori in 2003, and they have a precious daughter named Jade.
