Crystal grew up in Huntsville, Texas, before heading to Washington and Lee University. After college, she made Houston home, where she's spent more than 14 years serving students in a variety of roles—including high school math teacher, tennis coach, dean, and director of academics. In 2022, she earned her Master of Education from Harvard, but her greatest passion isn't just helping students succeed in the classroom—it's helping them discover the joy of knowing Jesus. Whether she's teaching, encouraging, or cheering kids on, Crystal loves pointing the next generation to Christ.
