KINDERGARTEN KICK-OFF
Please join us on Saturday, August 16 from 9am to 11am for our annual Kindergarten Kick-Off over on the GBC playground and pavilion! We will have a big waterslide, sno-cones, and donuts. Siblings are welcome! RSVP here.
PROMOTION SUNDAY
August 17 is PROMOTION SUNDAY! Below are the logistics of their new routine.
- Upon arrival, print their name tag. There are check-in computers in the lobby, preschool hall, and elementary area. Keep the parent tag with you for pick-up. If you have nursery/preschool children, the same tag will work for all kids at pick-up. Some parents tear it in half, and one goes upstairs and the other goes downstairs for pick-up.
- Your kindergartener will go with you to big church until a worship leader dismisses the children from service.
- When dismissed from the service, your child will meet their teacher in the lobby if you are sitting downstairs, or the elementary assembly area if you are sitting upstairs. Their teacher will be holding a “K” sign. You’re welcome to escort them to their teacher until they have the routine down.
- At the end of service, you will pick your child up from the Kindergarten classroom upstairs on the west side of the building.

ELEMENTARY: Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Please check-in your child before the service.
Your child will attend corporate worship with you in the sanctuary. Children will be dismissed to Sunday School before the offering. Their Sunday School teachers will meet them in the foyer and take them into the Elementary Assembly room.
Our Sunday School curriculum is The Gospel Project. The three-year study covers both the Old and the New Testament, focusing on a different Bible story each week.
