Grow Gospel Initiatives trains church planters through a year-long course followed by a 1-2 year paid internship. From there, they choose a city they feel called to plant a church and Grow Gospel helps support them for 3-5 years. Grow also holds training for church planting aspirants, church leaders, and rural pastors. Through this training and investment, they hope churches will be planted throughout South Asia that are fruitful, grounded in truth, and empowering to the local community. They also have a Grow Mercy Initiative to provide education, after-school care, and holistic training and development for children in impoverished homes. Through this they feed the children daily, educate them with school sponsorship and after-school programs, love them and their families unconditionally, and transform their families and societies holistically.
