Hayden was born and raised in Tyler, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a degree in psychology. Hayden and his wife, Jillian, got married and moved to Houston in 2014 where they began attending GBC. After serving as an Area Director for Young Life in West Houston for 8 years, Hayden joined GBC’s full-time staff in 2022 and is currently enrolled at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Hayden and Jillian have three little girls: Lucy, Millie, and Rosie.
