In 2019, Houston Haven Ministry was formed to provide short-term housing for patients and their families traveling to Houston for cancer treatment. We have thirteen houses, ranging from two bedrooms to four bedrooms, all within five miles of the Texas Medical Center for a fraction of the cost of a hotel or Airbnb. We also have six garage apartments that former families can use when they return for follow-up appointments. Houston Haven strives to not only provide low-cost housing but also a supportive community for each family through weekly meals, prayer, and other experiences for our guests. Our multi-bedroom homes are a unique offering, allowing children and families to stay together during treatment.
