From Houston and beyond, Jonathan and Noemi’s passion is to help believers discover their role in the great commission, develop (train) them in how to make disciples, and deploy (send) them as missionaries to the 10/40 window ( the region in the world that covers the most unreached locations: North Africa, Middle East, and Asia). The organization they currently serve under is Launch Global International (https://launchglobal.org) and the way they are accomplishing this task is by serving in two different roles.
Jonathan's role is training volunteers (who represent various churches) to reach majority muslim refugee men with the gospel at a local ministry called Prestige Learning institute. Since Jonathan is Pakistani, he’s able to leverage his language and cultural background to connect with men from the Middle East and South Asia. His title is "Men's Program coordinator”, and he has the honor of facilitating spaces for refugee men to have spiritual and gospel conversations.
Noemi gets to lead the Launch Global Spanish mobilization team here in Houston, Texas. Being born and raised as a Mexican here in the U.S., Noemi’s vision has been to see the Spanish speaking churches receive the joy of also participating in the great commission. The vision is to see the 21 spanish speaking nations in the world awakened, trained, and sent to reach the unreached with the gospel. Her team specifically partners with spanish speaking churches in Houston and in Latin America to coach their lay mobilizers in how to equip their congregations to make disciples and prepare missionaries who will be sent to the unreached (the 10/40 window) .
Although they are based in Houston, they serve other parts of the world and hope to launch back to South Asia in the next 3 years. Jonathan being Pakistani has opened the doors into possibilities of serving unreached communities because he speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and understands their culture. Noemi being a latina also paves the way for championing the spanish speaking churches to train and send latino goers to the nations! Their hearts burn with passion to see Revelation 7:9-10 fulfilled!

* Continual unity and vision in marriage and parenting
* For guidance in next steps towards launching to South Asia or Middle East in the coming years
