NURSERY SCHEDULE

Morning Services 

• Drop off at 8:45 AM & 10:30 AM (depending on which service - 9 AM or 10:45 AM)
• Parents may begin dropping off 15 minutes before service.
• Ask parents to write their child’s name on the roster sheet.
• Be sure to ask about diaper bags or anything important to know (e.g. snacks, nap schedule, fussy behavior).
• If a child is crying for longer than 10 minutes, Hannah or Brooke will contact the parents via text.
• Parent pick-up is approximately 1 hour after service begins.

5:00 PM Service 

• Drop off at 4:45 PM. 
• Only 3 classrooms are open during the 5 PM service.
• Children will be combined across age groups (different “animal” classrooms).
• Parents must sign in their child on the roster sheet.
• Ask for diaper bags and note any important information (snacks, naps, fussy behavior).
• If a child is crying for longer than 10 minutes, Hannah or Brooke will text the parents.
• Parent pick-up is around 6:00 PM.

PRESCHOOL SCHEDULE

Morning Services 

• 8:45 AM or 10:30 AM - Drop off begins (depending on which service - 9 AM or 10:45 AM)
  • Parents may begin dropping off children 15 minutes before service.
  • Parents should write their child’s name on the roster sheet.
  • Children will have free play during drop-off and the first 15 minutes of class.
    • Recommended Stations:
      • Coloring
      • Building blocks
      • Reading books
      • Playdough
      • Other hands-on activities
• 9:15 AM or 11:00 AM Class Rotation to either Music Time or Story Time 
  • Fox & Owl Classes: Music Time
    • Walk your class to the music room.
    • Optional: One teacher may stay back to clean up, prep carpet squares, and prepare snacks (if enough volunteers are present).
    • Monitor and manage children’s behavior during music.
    • Participate in songs and encourage engagement.
  • Giraffe, Panda, Bear Classes: Bible Story Time
    • Bible Story Time
      • Hello Song
      • Bible Story
      • Prayer
      • Memory Verse
• 9:35 AM or 11:20 AM - Class Rotation to other options
  • Fox & Owl Classes: Bible Story Time
  • Giraffe, Panda, Bear Classes: Music Time
• 9:45 AM or 11:30 AM - End of Class
  • Snack and Craft Time!
  • Begin classroom cleanup — encourage children to help.
  • Parent Pickup: Approximately 1 hour after service begins.
  • Parents must have their security code!

5:00 PM Service 

Only 3 classrooms are open during the 5 PM service. Age groups will be mixed, with different “animal” classes combined.

• 4:45 PM - Drop-Off begins.  
  • Parents should write their child’s name on the roster sheet.
  • Children will enjoy free play during drop-off and the first 15 minutes of class.
    • Recommended Stations:
      • Coloring
      • Building blocks
      • Reading books
      • Playdough
      • Other quiet activities
• 5:15 PM – Bible Story Time
  • Clean up toys and gather kids for Bible Time.
    • Story Time Includes:
    • Hello Song
    • Bible Story
    • Prayer
    • Memory Verse
• 5:40 PM – Craft & Snack Time
  • Begin craft activity and serve snacks.
  • Encourage engagement and conversation during this time.
• 5:55 PM – Clean-Up & Dismissal Prep
  • Start cleaning up the classroom.
  • Help children get ready for parent pick-up.
