The City of Houston began their project to widen Hurst Street, which gives us all an opportunity to practice patience and flexibility. The project is expected to take 60-90 days and the best route into the church will change as the project progresses. We will post the best way in and out of church here each week. Please check the website before heading out on Thursday or Sunday.  

**THIS THURSDAY (June 26)** ALL traffic into and out of church will approach via Maxroy Street. We will have parking attendants at key positions to assist everyone and make sure our ingress and egress is as smooth and quick as possible. Please follow their instructions and be patient.

  With this construction, we need help directing traffic! If you are able, consider signing up to serve on a Sunday. We will need help with the morning services, and then you can attend the 5pm service.

• OTHER THINGS YOU CAN DO TO HELP THIS SUMMER

1. Come early to whichever service you plan to attend (Children's Ministry is available starting 15 minutes before the service). 
2. Consider carpooling with friends or family members.  What a great way to build in extra fellowship on Sundays! 
3. Think about joining us for the 5 PM service this summer.  It has grown substantially but there is still plenty of parking for that service!
4. Follow the instructions of the parking volunteers, even if it isn’t exactly what you want to do.
5. PRO TIP: Consider parking at the 11^th Street Park (across 11^th on Shirkmere). You’ll get a short walk and avoid traffic upon departure.
6. Remember that you represent Jesus when you drive through and park in neighborhoods. Don’t speed, block driveways, or inhibit traffic flow by parking on both sides of the road.
7. When stuck in traffic, pray for our church, our leadership, and our disciple-making efforts.
