Tasks

- Lights, Cords, and fabric are located in closet on the east side of the stage 

- The five trees on each side of the stage should be arranged with some variety. See photos included with these instructions. They should not be lined up like a ramp, and some should come forward while some are back up against the wall.

Tree Lighting Instructions

1. Test every light strand to make sure it works. If it doesn't work, throw it in the trash. 

2. Make sure to have an extension cord with multiple outlets for each tree. Place the cord somewhere in the middle of the tree so that the outlets are accessible to multiple strands.

3. DO NOT WRAP. Don’t walk around the tree and wrap the outer parts of the branches. Instead, weave the lights in and out of each branch so that there is even coverage of lights throughout the tree. Proper lighting is the difference between beautiful and tacky. Make sure to light the tree evenly from top to bottom.

4. After tree is lit and in place, please ensure the basin is filled with water and the plaid tree skirt neatly covers the base and stand.
