TRIAD
Indigenous-led Ministry in Hard to Reach Places
We exist to fuel indigenous-led work among the world’s hardest to reach places and people groups.

TRIAD is a global missions organization committed to advancing the gospel among the world’s hardest-to-reach peoples and places—communities where access to Christ is limited or nonexistent. Its primary focus is on unreached and hard-to-reach people groups, where fewer than 2% of the population identify as evangelical Christians and where a sustainable gospel witness is often absent.
TRIAD works across rural villages, remote regions, small towns, and restricted urban centers, particularly throughout North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia—regions with the highest concentration of gospel-limited populations. These contexts often involve limited infrastructure, restricted access, and varying degrees of social, legal, or political opposition to the Christian faith.
The people groups served are ethnically and linguistically diverse, often speaking heart languages with little or no access to Scripture or biblical resources. Their religious and cultural contexts are commonly shaped by Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, or traditional belief systems, where faith is deeply embedded within community life. Honor and shame dynamics, oral traditions, and strong communal identities play a significant role in how the gospel is communicated and received.
TRIAD’s approach is centered on mobilizing, training, and deploying believers while partnering closely with indigenous leaders to cultivate sustainable disciple-making movements and healthy local churches. Rather than relying primarily on external leadership, TRIAD prioritizes indigenous-led ministry that is culturally grounded, reproducible, and designed for long-term impact.
A distinctive aspect of TRIAD’s model is its integration of mobilization and field partnership. Through initiatives like BLACKBOX, TRIAD provides secure and adaptable support for ministry in sensitive and restricted environments—enabling gospel work to advance in places where traditional mission structures are not feasible.
This integrated strategy allows TRIAD to operate effectively in some of the most complex and least-reached regions of the world, helping to establish a lasting gospel presence where it does not yet exist.
