Josh and Joy Crank are working in Manila, providing leadership to the Philippine field and the 11 other missionary families working for World Team in the Philippines. They provide pastoral leadership, administrative support, and strategic leadership for the field, while also engaging in mobilizing the next generation of missionaries and church planters. Josh and Joy also provide “watch-care” for their church plant in Naga City, providing accountability, mentorship, and encouragement to the newly ordained leadership of that church. Joshua and Joy also hold several roles in leadership with World Team serving at the local field and global level. The Cranks have four boys: Josiah, Caleb, Rafael, and Isaiah. The Cranks were a part of GBC for over 10 years and moved to the Philippines in 2015.

Ways to Pray:

• Pray for wisdom and Christ-like love for the other workers on the Philippine field.
• Pray for the right connections to keep building the Philippine field in a way that furthers the kingdom of God and the unity of the saints.
• Pray for the growth and encouragement of the Crank’s church plant in Naga City and the spiritual growth and ability of the local leaders for that church
• Pray for our kids to navigate the unique challenges of third culture kids and come out fully mature and Christ-loving people
