With a pretty open floor plan, the Elementary Assembly can have many purposes for a group gathering. You can set up chairs for a speaker or pull out tables for a meal or training. Max capacity is around 100, depending on if you set up tables or only chairs.
What is has:
- 3 small wooden tables with 4 chairs off to the side of the room (do not move these unless given permission please)
- An easy to access closet with tables and chairs you can set up
- Stage
- Projector
- Microphone and instrument hook ups
- A small kitchen area for serving food
What it doesn't have:
- Whiteboard (although there is one you can roll in)
Clean Up Instructions:
- Please put away any tables and chairs you pulled out
- Set the stage back to how you found it
- Wipe down all countertops and tables
- Take all food with you
- Take your trash out to the dumpster in the back right corner of the parking lot
